Eyelash Extension Training Details:

Below are the details of our unique BOARD APPROVED lash extension training for anyone with the desire to open the possibilities of a new career in only 30 hours of education:
  • 10 Hours of education in the Theory of eyelash extension. All parts of class are taught in a hybrid environment of hands on and classroom discussion, NEVER simply reading through content. Our class structure allows for deep understanding at an excellerated pace. We build CONFIDENT students primed for success.
  • 20 Hours of education in the skill of eyelash application. A mix of custom designed hands on activities, 4 live model sessions, shadowing opportunities, and live educational demonstrations.  
  • Honest and direct individual personalized coaching to ensure quality development of this new skill set.
  • Full kit of essential lash products ($550 retail value).  Lash Out provides all supplies and products needed throughout the training course.  Your kit is not needed to be used during training so that you are fully supplied when you complete your hours and get your eyelash registration from the AZ state Board Of Cosmetology!
  • Lash Out provides, local, ongoing support and continuing education opportunities. We are dedicated to becoming your partner in your mastery of this skill!

•How is this program different from other lash extension training programs?
  • The Lash Out Academy course is 4 day training course approved by the AZ State Board Of Cosmetology. The minimum hour requirement is 30 hrs. At lash out you will qualify for registration at 30 hours but the education will not stop there, by signing up for our course you are signing up for a mentor and partner as well. We are dedicated to your success!
  • Your kit includes exclusive products that have been tried and tested and are being used DAILY on real clients in our own studio! The kit is made up of the highest quality, best priced lash products from leading manufacturers that we have built long term partnerships with, this ensures quality you can trust at prices you will love.   • Lash Out Academy only trains in small class sizes- no more than 4 students per instructor so that you are gaurenteed to get the one on one attention you deserve.
  • Lash Out provides local, ongoing support from Lash Out trainers and our in house lash artists! All here to support you in ways we know you will need it. 
  • Lash Out has the most stringent certification requirements and testing to ensure mastery of subject matter. Its not easy but if you truly want success this is the right class for you!
 
A few reminders: 
 - The kit included in your course will not be used in class, so when your training is completed, you will leave with enough product to do about 30 full sets! Most of our students are able to cover most of their training investment with the original product they receive in their kits.
 - Lash Out is a local company.  We are not trainers who just fly from city to city then leave you to develop skills on your own. We provide all education live and believe online learning in the fundamentals of eyelash extensions is a waste of time. We are passionate about eyelash extensions and we truly want you to be successful!  This is why we provide ongoing support and work to walk you through the start of your journey into the lash industry. 
 - We do lashes ALL DAY, EVERYDAY which gives us a unique perspective on technique, building your business, marketing, best practices, and the best lash extension supplies! Come learn in a real lash studio environment, see it all first hand!
 - Our master trainer has over 15 years experience in the lash extension industry as well as a background in adult education and training so that you receive the very best learning environment you can imagine. 
- We hold training classes each month to accommodate the needs of our future lash artists. If you don't see dates listed below that work for you let us know! We will do our best to get a future training set up that might work better with your schedule!
