WHAT ARE SEMI-PERMANENT EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
They are synthetic, mink or silk, individual eyelash extensions. They come in different lengths, thickness, and degrees of curl. They will give you a fuller, darker lash line without the need of mascara. You won’t feel that you are wearing them, and no one will be able to tell that you weren’t born with them, unless YOU want them to!

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF GETTING AND MAINTAINING EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
The application process is very relaxing – like receiving a spa service. You lie down in a plush, reclining chair and have your eyes closed the entire time. Your technician will glue one synthetic lash extension to one of your natural lashes, each individually, one at a time, with medical grade adhesive. When your natural lash sheds, the extension will fall out with that lash. To maintain a full appearance, it is recommended to get a refill every 2-3 weeks. Expect the initial, full set application process to take approximately 2 ½ - 3 hours, and refills to take approximately 60 minutes.
WHAT TYPE OF ADHESIVE DOES LASH OUT USE?
Lash Out eyelash extension adhesive is formaldehyde-free! Our skilled and licensed estheticians only use medical-grade adhesive to apply semi-permanent eyelash extensions. Derma-bond technology (used by physicians to bond skin together) is the basis for the structure of our eyelash extension adhesive. It has been specially formulated to work on sensitive areas of the body, such as the eye, to reduce skin irritation. The special formula is longer-lasting, has very little, if any, fumes and is more water resistant than other, inferior products. Our medical-grade adhesive contains Ethyl -2-Cyanoacrylate (which makes the solution fast bonding), Polymethyl Methacrylate (for extra hold) and Carbon Black (for the dark mascara-like color). We also offer a sensitive adhesive for our clients with delicate eye areas. The sensitive adhesive contains formulated Cyanoacrylate and no Carbon Black to reduce fumes and possible irritation. Allergic reactions are very rare occurrences and are usually the result of seasonal allergen or improper at-home care.
SHOULD I REMOVE MY MAKE UP PRIOR TO MY LASH APPOINTMENT?
We recommend that our clients remove or wear no eye make up when they have lashes applied. We have make up remover cloths at the salon that we can provide prior to application. Clean lashes ensure longer lasting extensions.
